  • Charcuterie: 80 g Prosciutto, 80 g Finocchiona salami thinly sliced, 80 g Coppa thinly sliced
  • Fresh Fruits: 1 cup seedless red grapes on the vine, 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 ripe pear thinly sliced, 1 ripe apple thinly sliced, 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/3 cup roasted Marcona almonds, 1/3 cup candied walnuts, 1/4 cup Castelvetrano olives drained
  • Accompaniments: 1/4 cup fig jam, 1/4 cup honey with honey dipper, 1/2 baguette sliced and lightly toasted, 1 box artisan crackers

Instructions

Step 1:
