# Directions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a small bowl and place it at the center or bottom of a large serving platter.
02 - Place cucumber slices in overlapping rows above the dip bowl, shaping them like a tree.
03 - Insert halved cherry tomatoes between cucumber rows to serve as decorative ornaments.
04 - Use yellow bell pepper slices to form a star at the top of the tree and add additional decorative accents around the arrangement.
05 - Sprinkle fresh parsley or dill sprigs on the branches for a festive appearance.
06 - Keep the platter chilled and serve, allowing guests to dip vegetables into the creamy dip.
