01 - 1 fresh baguette
→ Optional Garnish
02 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
03 - 1 clove garlic, halved
04 - 1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, thyme), finely chopped
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Cut the baguette into ½-inch thick rounds.
03 - Place the baguette slices in a circle on a baking sheet, each slightly overlapping the next to form a ring.
04 - Lightly brush the top of each slice with olive oil, rub with the cut side of the garlic clove, and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the bread turns golden and crisp.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving as a centerpiece or alongside dips.
