01 - 1 medium pineapple, peeled and sliced
02 - 1 large red apple, sliced

# Directions:

01 - Slice the pineapple into thin half-moon pieces. Arrange them in a fan shape at the bottom of a large serving platter to resemble a beard.
02 - Place banana slices in an oval shape just above the pineapple to create the face.
03 - Arrange apple slices in an arc above the banana to form Santa’s hat.
04 - Line the base of the apple hat with kiwi slices and position a cluster of mini marshmallows at the tip to simulate the pom-pom.
05 - Use kiwi slices and blueberries to form the eyes on the banana face.
06 - Place the strawberry in the center of the face as the nose.
07 - Arrange sliced red grapes in a curved line below the nose to depict a smiling mouth.
08 - Scatter pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves around the platter for a festive touch.
09 - Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve to maintain freshness.
