02 - 1 large kiwi
03 - 1 large mango
04 - 1 slice pineapple, approximately 1/2 inch thick

# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
02 - Slice the strawberry, kiwi, mango, and pineapple into 1/4-inch thick rounds or slabs.
03 - Use small star and heart-shaped cookie cutters, approximately 1 inch, to cut shapes from the fruit slices.
04 - Optionally, lightly brush the fruit shapes with lemon zest or sprinkle with edible gold dust for extra sparkle.
05 - Skewer each garnish onto cocktail picks or float them atop drinks carefully.
06 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before using.
