02 - 7 oz burrata cheese

03 - 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

05 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
06 - Flaky sea salt to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Directions:
01 - Lightly toast bread slices until golden and crisp
02 - Place toasted bread slices on a serving platter
03 - Gently tear burrata cheese and distribute evenly over each toast slice
04 - Layer peach slices over the burrata on each toast
05 - Drizzle each toast with honey and extra-virgin olive oil
