01 - 2 teaspoons hojicha loose leaf tea or 1 hojicha tea bag

→ Water

02 - 1 cup filtered water, just off the boil

02 - Add the hojicha tea leaves or tea bag to a teapot, French press, or mug.
03 - Pour the hot water over the hojicha and steep for 3 to 4 minutes, adjusting timing based on desired strength intensity.
04 - Strain and discard the leaves if using loose leaf tea. Serve the beverage hot in your preferred cup.
