09 - 5 oz tortilla chips
10 - 3.5 oz blue corn chips
11 - 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks
12 - 2 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
13 - 1 small cucumber, sliced into rounds
14 - 1 cup radishes, halved
15 - 1/2 cup snap peas

→ Garnish

16 - 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
17 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
18 - Edible glitter or silver sugar pearls, optional

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
02 - If desired, mix in a few drops of blue food coloring to achieve a pale, icy blue shade.
03 - Fold finely chopped fresh chives into the dip blend.
04 - Spoon the dip into a wide, shallow bowl, smoothing the surface. Sprinkle with additional crumbled blue cheese and chopped herbs. Optionally, decorate with edible glitter or sugar pearls for an icy effect.
05 - Place tortilla chips, blue corn chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, radishes, and snap peas around the dip on a large serving platter to mimic a frozen pond appearance.
06 - Serve immediately with extra chips and vegetable sticks on the side.
