09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Garnish

12 - 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese (optional)
13 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried thyme, dried rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper.
03 - Add the carrot, bell peppers, zucchini, and parsnip sticks to the marinade. Toss thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly.
04 - Place the marinated vegetable sticks on the lined baking sheet in parallel pairs, alternating colors to create festive sleigh rails.
