# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The air fryer creates the most incredible flaky texture without heating up your whole kitchen
  • From tube to warm, glazed breakfast in under twenty minutes
02 -
  • Crowding the air fryer basket makes these twists steam instead of crisp up. Work in batches if your basket is small.
  • Let the twists cool for just a few minutes before glazing. The glaze sets better on warm pastry than piping hot.
03 -
  • Chill your dough in the fridge for ten minutes before twisting if it feels too soft or sticky. The cold dough holds its shape much better.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the glaze if you used salted butter in the filling. That tiny bit of salt makes the sweet pop.
